This accessibility statement applies to the Citizen Portal
This website is run by Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
Navigate most of the application processes on the website using just a keyboard
Listen to much of the website using a screen reader
Change most of the colours, font, text appearance, and spacing if required via your browser
Zoom in up to 200% with most text remaining fully visible on the page
We've also made the portal text as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
